Howdy 
I’m JC (or Jonathan) from the Community team at PagerDuty. I’ve been with PD for almost 4 years now, originally starting as a Technical Support Engineer. I joined the Community team 2 years ago and somehow managed to go this whole time without writing my own introduction. 
I love pandas (and will go back to China to hug one one day), sneakers, tacos, and GIFs (which I say the correct way) like this:
